Rectangular air ducts are excellent for big air volume (in big cross-section) furthermore they perfectly follow the architectural interiors as well. The galvanized rectangular air ducts of our company are made with seams.
The straight air ducts and fittings, according to the ÖNORM M7615 standard, serve the transportation of neutral air that is free of mechanical abrasives.
Their application vary depending on the airspeed, the airtightness, the thickness of the steel sheet. The air ducts and fittings are made of galvanized steel sheet. The ends of the ducts are equipped with MEZ frames.
In case of bigger cross-section, if necessary, we install (incorporate) hat profile rail or galvanized rod bracings to avoid the deformation caused by air pressure as well as the unnecessary vibrations.
Circular fittings can be applied in ventilation systems where SPIKO or WESTERFORM ducts are used. These fittings, depending on the diameter, are made of 0.5 mm – 1.1 mm thick galvanized steel. Their general production size varies between 80 and 800 mm. They are assembled with spot welding, their suspending can be carried out with clamps.

Used to cover the air intake or exhaust openings on the exterior side of the wall. Galvanized steel blades lead the precipitation, a bird mesh is placed in the rear part.

Parallel to the airflow, splitters are placed in the rectangular duct. These sound attenuator splitters consist of a frame and an attenuator material in the frame.
