Our manufacturing activities are certified by ÉMI, ensuring the reliability and high quality of our products. Our air ducts are produced from galvanized steel sheets in accordance with EN 10142 standards, in airtightness classes “B” and “C”. Our heat- and smoke-resistant HVAC systems are also manufactured using high-quality galvanized steel sheets in compliance with the relevant standards, meeting the highest technical and safety requirements. The assembly of galvanized steel air duct components is carried out using modern seam-locking technology, resulting in durable and precise joints.
For applications in greasy or oily environments, we manufacture welded, so-called “black” air duct components from S235-grade steel sheets with varying thicknesses. For specialized industrial environments, we offer stainless steel air ducts with outstanding corrosion resistance and long service life.
Rectangular air ducts are ideal for large cross-sections and can be easily adapted to architectural interior spaces.
Straight ducts and fittings manufactured in accordance with the ÖNORM M7615 standard are designed for the transport of neutral air free from mechanical abrasive particles.
Their application depends on air velocity, airtightness requirements, and sheet thickness. The ducts and fittings are made from hot-dip galvanized steel sheets on both sides, using a seam-locked construction. The duct ends are finished with MEZ frames.
For larger cross-sections, we incorporate hat-profile reinforcements or galvanized stiffening tubes where necessary, preventing deformation caused by air pressure and eliminating unnecessary vibrations.
Suitable for covering air intake or exhaust openings on external walls. Galvanized steel blades effectively channel away precipitation, while a bird screen is installed on the inner side.

For dimensions exceeding 1500 mm, the units are manufactured in a segmented design.
Installed within duct systems, these are suitable for regulating airflow. This type is not designed for airtight shut-off.

Rectangular straight and elbow-type sound attenuators
Sound attenuating baffles are installed inside rectangular duct sections, aligned parallel to the airflow. These baffles consist of a frame structure filled with sound-absorbing material.

Circular Sound Attenuators
In circular air ducts, the sound-absorbing element is positioned along the inner circumference. For increased attenuation, an additional vertical baffle can be installed inside the duct.
